Reflect on the strong Acadian and Loyalist influences.

Be prepared to stay awhile. Taste the Digby Scallops and Fundy lobster. Take in an Acadian festival and sample Acadian Rapure and seafood chowder. Discover the mystery of the Bay of Fundy tides.
